Job Description
- Handling the HR monthly reports by aligning with the Personnel and Recruitment members.
- Responsible for all recruitment process for all the back office & sales operations teams from hire to fire.
- Responsible for conducting onboarding, orientation, signing required documents and introducing the staff to the team members.
- Creating database that include all the data of the employees as well as the interviewed candidates.
- Preparing company policies with the HR director to make sure that all employees know all the procedures in the Company.
- Responsible for job analysis for all back office & sales operations teams.
- Conducting HR Exit interviews with resigning employees and working on analysis for the root cause.
- Working on the Manpower plan in align with the HR director to check all the recruitment needs for the year.
- Responsible for updating the organizational Chart on regular basis.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from any reputable university ( preferable to have HR certificate).
- Experience in the same field from 5-7 years.
- Hands on experience in recruitment & talent management.
- Excellent in English is a must.
