Job Description

  • Planning the sales activity, which includes participating in setting goals and drawing up sales policies within the company, such as policies related to products and policies related to prices, distribution, promotion and communication with target markets.
  • Supervising the salesmen and organizing the relationship between the company and its customers.
  • Working on building good relationships with clients and attracting new clients.
  • Executing the sales activities that were identified in the general sales plan.
  • Supervising and directing the efforts of salesmen in a sound manner to ensure that performance rates are reached and the required profitability is achieved.
  • Coordination of sales activities with other departments such as marketing, procurement, stores, production and finance.
  • Motivating salesmen to identify different motivation methods and constantly search for commission from salesmen through building and developing an effective compensation system.
  • Evaluate the efforts of salesmen in terms of making the required performance reports at the specified times.
  • Submitting periodic sales reports to senior management.
  • Establish sales and distribution development goals in the geographical scope, for all sales representatives, supervisors and managers of sales units, annually and monthly.
  • Ensuring the proper implementation of work priorities and ensuring the optimal use of tools and applications within the geographical scope to achieve the maximum productivity of all infrastructure elements (sales and distribution vehicles, stands, and advertising materials).
  • Develop a strong relationship with major clients in the geographical scope, and the work of
    Making orders and customer supply orders.
  • Determining the infrastructure requirements and the appropriate work tools, within the geographical scope according to the market needs.
  • Maintaining a strong relationship with the clients of major wholesalers in his area.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in the field of groceries and nuts and selling to wholesalers
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with external partners as well as internal stakeholders
  • Cairo Residents.
  • Fluent English & Arabic.
  • Good Presentation skills
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in the field of groceries and nuts
