Job Description

The ideal candidate should be passionate about service and excel in a dynamic, growing company with a strong presence in Africa, the Middle East, and Southern Asia. Energetic, intelligent, and driven, they are dedicated to expanding T3's client base, engaging with IATA & non-IATA travel agencies in Upper Egypt region, and maintaining relationships while generating new business. Should be a self-motivated leader, collaborative, strategically minded in sales, and capable of building strong client relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to exceed targets. 
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents and clients.
  3. Work closely with operations and accounts to ensure smooth service delivery and proper payment follow-ups.
  4. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
  5. Monitor market trends and provide strategic insights to the management team for informed decision-making.

Job Requirements

  1. 8-12 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in the travel industry).
  2. Proven leadership and team management skills.
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and proficiency in sales systems and tools. market expansion.
  5. Monitor team performance and prepare detailed reports for management.
  6. Stay updated with industry trends to identify new opportunities.
  7. To be based in Sohag.
