Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company’s automotive products and services.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
• Collaborate with upper management to set marketing goals and KPIs aligned with the company’s vision and sales targets.
• Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
• Oversee brand communication strategies including advertising, sponsorships, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with creative teams and agencies for branding materials and media buying.
• Supervise execution of both digital and offline campaigns (SEO/SEM, social media, print, events).
• Monitor digital presence and engagement metrics across platforms and optimize based on performance.
• Plan product launches and promotional campaigns in coordination with product and sales teams.
• Develop marketing collateral such as brochures, datasheets, videos, and presentations.
• Prepare and manage marketing budgets; ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.
• Track ROI and campaign effectiveness; provide regular reports and performance analysis to management.
• Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
• Assign tasks, review performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and creativity.
• Liaise with dealerships, partners, and external vendors to support marketing activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to align on messaging, timing, and customer experience.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience in the automotive industry is strongly preferred.
• Proven track record in campaign management, brand building, and team leadership.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
