Job Description
Legal & Compliance:
- Ensure full compliance with Egyptian labor law, social insurance, and employment regulations.
- Handle all employee contracts, legal filings, and government correspondence.
Talent Management:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding).
- Develop training programs and career progression plans.
- Manage employee relations, performance reviews, and retention strategies.
HR Operations:
- Maintain a flawless filing system (digital & physical) for all HR documents.
- Process payroll, attendance, and leave management accurately.
- Employee Engagement & Ethics:
- Foster a positive work culture with high ethical standards.
- Address employee concerns with discretion, fairness, and social intelligence.
Job Requirements
+7 years of HR experience, preferably in professional firms and/or real estate industry.
- Expert-level knowledge of Egyptian labor law & social insurance procedures.
- Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills—able to engage with all levels of staff and external entities.
- Highly organized, people-oriented, and ethical with strong multitasking abilities.
- Proactive problem-solver with a focus on process improvement.
