Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Performance Media Buyer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, strong analytical skills, and a passion for driving successful marketing campaigns that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels to achieve client goals.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, leveraging data to make informed decisions and improve ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing to assess the effectiveness of different ad creatives, targeting, and strategies.
  • Manage and optimize budgets, bids, and audience targeting to ensure cost-efficient and effective ad spend.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance media buying.
  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop compelling ad copy and creatives that resonate with target audiences.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with media vendors and partners to explore new advertising opportunities and negotiate media buys.
  • Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams to enhance overall campaign performance.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance media buying, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and other relevant platforms.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant digital marketing certifications is a plus.
