Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels to achieve client goals.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, leveraging data to make informed decisions and improve ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing to assess the effectiveness of different ad creatives, targeting, and strategies.
- Manage and optimize budgets, bids, and audience targeting to ensure cost-efficient and effective ad spend.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance media buying.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop compelling ad copy and creatives that resonate with target audiences.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with media vendors and partners to explore new advertising opportunities and negotiate media buys.
- Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams to enhance overall campaign performance.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance media buying, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and other relevant platforms.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant digital marketing certifications is a plus.
