Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Proactively source candidates through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to build a robust talent pipeline.
Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and provide insights and recommendations to the hiring team.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment best practices to ensure a competitive hiring approach.
Mentor and guide junior talent acquisition team members, contributing to their professional growth.
Job Requirements
0 to 1 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on full-cycle recruiting.
Strong experience sourcing candidates through a variety of channels, including social media, job boards, and networking.
Proven ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
A data-driven approach to recruitment, with experience using ATS and recruitment analytics.
Strong negotiation and offer management skills.
Experience in Real Estate industry is a plus.
