Job Description
- Purchase orders issuing for local and foreign material.
- Handling day to day activities of the procurement department.
- Follow up with vendors in aspects of deliveries, payment, and quality issues if any.
- Procurement, sourcing and contacting of materials, supplies, spare parts, equipment and services.
- Contact suppliers in order to schedule and expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other related problems.
- Process, verify, maintain, and review computerized or manual records of items purchased, costs, deliveries, product performance and inventories.
- Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports, and price lists.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in commerce / engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in industrial purchasing, mechanical spare parts.
- Mandatory experience in services background.
- Preferred to have manufacturing background.
- Purchasing certificates or related studies is a plus.
- Very good command of English language.
- Very good command of Microsoft Office.
