Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement category-specific procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, considering capabilities, capacity, financial stability, and past performance.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify best practices, emerging trends, and opportunities for cost savings and value creation.
- Evaluate supplier proposals and conduct negotiations to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
- Manage the contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.
- Monitor supplier performance against contract terms and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key suppliers.
- Conduct regular supplier performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement in supplier capabilities.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and value-added opportunities across assigned spend categories.
Job Requirements
Education :
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management or a related field.
Experience
- From 1 to 3 years in indirect procurement role.
- Proven experience in sourcing, negotiating, and managing contracts for indirect goods and services.
- Strong understanding of procurement best practices and sourcing methodologies.
- Strong understanding of marketing services category spend and associated procurement challenges.
- Experience working with agencies and managing complex negotiations.
