Responsible for executing all activities related to purchasing, including coordination with suppliers for goods, supplies, and equipment. Job Requirements
- Research the market and identify reliable local suppliers for automotive and IT needs.
- Negotiate prices and contracts to ensure best value for vehicle procurement and IT services/equipment.
- Manage and follow up on all required procurement documents (invoices, certificates, official paperwork).
- Review procurement requests to ensure alignment with company needs and specifications, particularly for the automotive fleet and IT.
- Update supplier data, document contracts, and maintain accurate transaction records for vehicles and IT assets.
- Proficiency in ERP procurement systems and a solid understanding of procurement procedures.
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and task execution.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with automotive fleet and IT procurement processes is a plus.
