Job Description

  • Employee Onboarding:
    • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and benefits enrollment.
    • Prepare and maintain employee files, ensuring compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
  • Recordkeeping and Data Management:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.
    • Generate reports and analyze HR data to identify trends and inform decision-making.
  • Benefits Administration:
    • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits.
    • Process enrollment changes, resolve benefit-related inquiries, and ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Payroll Processing:
    • Assist in the payroll process, including data entry, verification, and distribution of paychecks.
    • Calculate and process deductions, taxes, and other payroll-related items.
  • Compliance and Legal Matters:
    • Stay updated on local labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with employment standards.
    • Assist in conducting internal audits to identify potential compliance risks.
    • Prepare and submit required reports to government agencies.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Provide support and guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
    • Handle employee inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
    • Assist with employee relations issues, such as performance management and disciplinary actions.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Additional Considerations:

  • Certification in HR or a related field is a plus.
