Job Description
- This includes receiving orders, picking and packing products, and shipping them to customers.
- Ensure that there is enough inventory on hand to meet customer demand, while also avoiding overstocking.
- This includes finding ways to improve the efficiency of the warehouse, such as by implementing new picking and packing methods or using automation.
- Responsible for hiring, training, and motivating warehouse staff.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and carriers to ensure that products are delivered to customers on time and in good condition.
- Collect and analyze data to identify areas where improvements can be made.
- Ensure that the organization complies with all applicable regulations, such as those related to safety, security, and environmental protection.
- Ensuring that orders are processed accurately and on time, and that customers are satisfied with the service they receive.
- This includes tracking expenses, setting and monitoring spending limits, and identifying areas where costs can be saved.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years work experience, in the mobility industry, preferably in a management role.
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS).
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and transportation logistic.
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
