Job Description
- Manages and supervises the Warehouse Management org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs.
- Identifies potential for improvement in area of responsibility, offers consulting and contributes to improvement of service delivery.
- Takes responsibility for standard and governance adherence and process execution with Implementation to the enforced safety protocols and regular safety inspection
Defines the team members’ objectives, tasks, and responsibilities. Provides clear instructions, monitoring and evaluation of the results. - Identifies the training and development needs of direct reports, follows the subordinates' professional development, and provide assistance for using newly acquired knowledge.
- Proposes and applies measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth.
- Ensures good management of the technical equipment used in the warehouse, while safety rules are respected.
- Manages accurate tracking of inventory and ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
- Conducts regular inventory audit and cycle counts to minimize the discrepancies.
- Manages the storage and any relative capacity calculation to maintain utilization layout within the warehouse.
- Coordinates inbound and outbound shipments within the target delivery date.
- Manages the loading and unloading of goods ensuring items are handled and stored probably.
- Maintains accurate records of any relative reporting related to stock levels or personnel activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with related Major.
Minimum 3 years of experience in same role. - Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems, Inventory Management, Kanban / Pull Scheduling, Materials Handling, Materials Replenishment and Shipping Documents.
- Excellent command of English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferable experience in SAP S4/HANA EWM workstreams.
