Job Description
- Handles all personnel tasks.
- Handles Monthly Attendance.
- Process the Monthly Payroll, Overtime, and KPIs.
- Ensures Employees’ adherence to the company’ policies.
- Handling the Hiring process.
- Processing transfers, promotions, and terminations.
- Handles All employee Relations matters.
- Updates and Creates HR policies.
- Writing job descriptions.
- Handles the performance appraisal process.
- Handle Medical insurance matters.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s in human resources management or equivalent.
- Preferred 3 years HR experience, minimum 1 year in CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY.
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills
