Job Description
- Managing the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and new hire orientation.
- Providing guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
Administering employee benefits programs and assisting employees with benefits-related inquiries.
Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases. - Assisting with HR reporting and data analysis to support decision-making processes.
Supporting HR initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction. - Staying up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Management with experience from 3 to 5 years.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Proven Experience in Manufacturing is a must, FMCG is preferred.
- Previous experience in hiring blue & white collars is a must.
