We are seeking an experienced Senior Media Buyer or Media Buying Team Leader with a strong background in performance marketing. The ideal candidate will have experience managing high-budget campaigns, expertise in pixel tracking, conversion optimization, and a proven ability to hit targets. You will be responsible for leading the media buying strategy, managing a team, and optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI.
Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of media buyers to ensure performance goals are met.
- Develop and execute large-scale paid media campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.).
- Optimize campaigns for conversions, ROAS, and other key metrics.
- Set up and manage pixel tracking and ensure accurate conversion reporting.
- Analyze data, provide insights, and adjust strategies to improve campaign performance.
- Oversee budget allocation and ensure efficient spending across campaigns.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing and performance advertising.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in media buying, with a focus on performance marketing.
- Proven success in managing large campaigns and hitting conversion and revenue targets.
- Expertise in setting up and optimizing pixels and tracking conversions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
- Excellent understanding of major ad platforms and tools (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
- Experience in managing and mentoring a media buying team.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Compensation:
High commission structure in USD, with significant earning potential based on performance.
