Job Description
- Manage and maintain Active Directory, Domain Controllers, DHCP, File Sharing, DNS, and WSUS.
- Configure and manage FortiGate firewalls to ensure network security.
- Administer Kaspersky Security Center for antivirus and endpoint protection.
- Support network and infrastructure tasks, including VLAN configuration, DHCP, and TCP management, utilizing Cisco switches and access points.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software technical issues efficiently.
- Provide Advanced support for Microsoft 365 applications and services.
- Maintain and troubleshoot physical servers and switches, ensuring optimal infrastructure performance.
- Administer Backup solution (Veaam Backup)
- Have experience in virtualization technology (vSphere). ESXI
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Domain Controller, DHCP, File Sharing, DNS, and WSUS.
- Experience with FortiGate firewalls.
- Hands-on experience with Kaspersky Security Center.
- Knowledge of network infrastructure including VLANs, DHCP, TCP, Cisco switches, and access points.
- Have Experience in Ticketing system.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 applications and services.
- Familiarity with physical servers and switches.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
- BSc/BA in Computer science or relevant field are preferred
- Proven experience as an IT Specialist at least 2 years
- Proficient in English reading and writing is preferred
- Ability to organize, prioritize and schedule work assignments
- Demonstrated strong problem-solving
- Certification or self-study MCSA, CCNA and CCNP are preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with users.
- Ability to work under pressure
