Job Description

We are recruiting for one of our clients multinational industrial land development company ,located in 6 of October -Egypt.

Position: Executive Assistant

Position Overview:

The successful candidate is going to be responsible for supporting management directly and expected to provide administrative support and perform numerous duties, including scheduling, organizing meetings, travel arrangements, writing correspondences and handling visitors.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments and meetings
  • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
  • Attend meetings, keep minutes and follow up outcomes as requested
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence
  • Make travel arrangements and plan organizations
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure

Work conditions:

  • From 9 am to 5:30 pm
  • Days off : Friday and Saturday

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as  secretary or similar administrative role (min 3 years).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Outstanding communication abilities
  • High proficiency in written English and Arabic as you will dealing with foreigners.
  • Must be a resident of 6th of October City or nearby areas.
