Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records.
Support recruitment efforts, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Handle employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration.
Participate in performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
Maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in a generalist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, social security and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (word/excel/power point).
- Experience/Knowledge in Odoo is a plus.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
