Job Description
- The Operations HR Generalist supports day-to-day HR operations and ensures the smooth and efficient delivery of HR services across departments.
- This role is responsible for aligning HR practices with business goals, focusing on workforce planning, compliance, employee relations, and operational support.
- The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a hands-on approach, and demonstrates strong knowledge of HR functions and employment laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, resolve employee issues, and support a positive workplace culture. - Compliance:
Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies. Assist in audits and maintain documentation for regulatory compliance. - HR Metrics:
Generate HR reports and analyze data to support operational and strategic decisions. - Operational Support:
Collaborate with the operations team to align workforce planning with business needs, ensure staffing levels meet operational requirements.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- English Fluency is a Must
- Ability to work Night shifts and Rotational days off
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR generalist or HR operations roles in BPO.
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
