Job Description

  • The Operations HR Generalist supports day-to-day HR operations and ensures the smooth and efficient delivery of HR services across departments. 
  • This role is responsible for aligning HR practices with business goals, focusing on workforce planning, compliance, employee relations, and operational support. 
  • The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a hands-on approach, and demonstrates strong knowledge of HR functions and employment laws.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations:
    Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, resolve employee issues, and support a positive workplace culture.
  • Compliance:
    Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies. Assist in audits and maintain documentation for regulatory compliance.
  • HR Metrics:
    Generate HR reports and analyze data to support operational and strategic decisions.
  • Operational Support:
    Collaborate with the operations team to align workforce planning with business needs, ensure staffing levels meet operational requirements.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • English Fluency is a Must 
  • Ability to work Night shifts and Rotational days off 
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR generalist or HR operations roles in BPO.
  • Experience with HRIS systems 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
