Job Description
- Achieve planned targets based on monthly or quarterly forecast.
- Increase company GP through selling high profits products.
- Opening branch on time as per company policy.
- Follow with area manager legal docs. Required for store.
- Check goods in transfer in/out.
- Cash handling on daily bases.
- Keep store assets in a very good condition.
- Implementing company policy in all operational issues. Ex; DAP, Refund, Sales, individual targets. decreasing expenses, keep shop in premium condition, image of staff.
- Follow up customers' satisfaction as per company policy.
- Follow up stock level – based on sales.
- Follow up operation paperwork, process, policies on daily bases.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in retail field
- Strong management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent command of English language.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good Microsoft office skills
