Job Overview
We are hiring a Sales Manager to lead our retail and wholesale operations in Asyut. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in FMCG, managing both retail and wholesale sectors, and will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing strategies, and overseeing multiple teams.
Job Description
- Supervise and coach sales teams to achieve objectives and provide ongoing support.
- Manage sales inquiries and provide information to potential customers.
- Develop relationships with retail and wholesale customers and oversee the sales process.
- Prepare and execute sales plans in coordination with the sales team to meet targets.
- Allocate resources and organize sales territories based on market needs and opportunities.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to explore new business opportunities.
- Monitor market risks, including smuggling activities, and take preventive actions when necessary.
- Coordinate daily logistics operations with the Supply Chain Department to ensure smooth processes.
- Collaborate with Finance to manage collections and calculate commissions and bonuses.
- Track team performance and work with HR for timely payout of incentives and bonuses.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in FMCG sales, particularly in retail and wholesale operations.
- Prior experience managing teams and meeting sales targets.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic market.
- Familiarity with the Minya market is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
