Job Brief:
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily and long-term sales plan across a geographic region. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will often be responsible for setting and adjusting sales goals based on deep knowledge of individual selling patterns. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing the training of the Sales supervisors, Senior Sales Representatives, and Sales representatives in the region.
Job Description:
- Recommend service and product enhancement to improve sales potential and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the delivery of targets through individual recognition, performance review, people management, and reward.
- Develop field sales action plans to facilitate the implementation of regional sales programs.
- Keep current with economic indicators, changing trends, supply and demand, and competitors to maintain sales volume and product mix.
- Expand the company's reach in his region.
- Manage a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals.
- Forecasting annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals.
- Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term.
- Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements.
- Participate in interviews and the processes of recruiting new employees.

- 15+ Years of experience in Sales - Electronics Supplies industry background is a must.
- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)s
- Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
