Job Description
- Guiding and leading pickers to ensure orders are being prepared accurately and within agreed timelines
- Overseeing the dispatch of orders and coordinating between pickers and riders for smooth delivery flow
- Creating schedules and allocating break times for pickers to optimize productivity
- Assisting pickers with queries and providing operational support during order preparation
- Coordinating with the Quality Assurance and Personal Shopper teams to ensure smooth and timely deliveries
- Speaking with customers on order-level concerns or feedback, especially for complex requirements
- Implementing and reinforcing picker training programs and operational processes
- Monitoring picker performance, providing timely feedback, and addressing performance gaps
- Ensuring manual availability updates are being carried out consistently throughout the day, as per agreed process and priorities
- Liaising with logistics for dispatch requests, supporting checkout operations, and managing daily store tasks
- Reviewing operational metrics regularly, understanding targets, and identifying levers to achieve objectives
- Conducting root cause analysis on operational and performance gaps and implementing initiatives for improvement
- Working under the shop manager to ensure compliance with required standards
- Ensuring pickers are following company standard operating procedures, safety regulations, and hygiene protocols at all times

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using electronic tablets and order management systems
- Good verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven ability to manage and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment
