Job Description
Mass Group for Contracting & Trading is hiring a Civil Estimation Engineer to join our head office team. The selected candidate will support in preparing cost estimates, analyzing tender documents, and assisting in project pricing.
Work Location: Office-Based – New Cairo, Fifth Settlement
Responsibilities:
- Analyze project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to prepare cost estimates
- Collect and update unit prices and material costs
- Coordinate with procurement, technical office, and planning departments
- Assist in tender preparation and pricing submissions
- Support in quantity take-offs and reviewing subcontractor offers
- Maintain updated databases for pricing and estimation tools
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 2 years of relevant experience in estimation or quantity surveying
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel (experience with Excel formulas/tables is a must)
- Good understanding of tendering procedures, BOQs, and cost analysis
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Residing in or near Cairo OR willing to relocate (housing provided)
