About The Opportunity

 

The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for placing the right candidate in the right role at the right time. The Recruitment Specialist will own the hiring process in MENAT from Profiling to Offering.

 

What will you do

 

  • Effectively and efficiently manage high volume candidate pipelines
  • Close offers quickly with quality candidates
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills in assessing and identifying the right talent for all job profiles
  • Foster a collaborative and consultative relationship with internal and external customers
  • Think creatively, bring ideas and strategies that will drive continuous improvement in a fast paced customer obsessed culture
  • Embrace TA processes and help to improve processes for recruiting that fit within
  • Iron Mountain’s obsession to deliver results and provide sustainable value to the business
  • Engage candidates through the recruitment lifecycle
  • Create an assist with employer branding initiative

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Proven experience in handling the full recruitment cycle
  • Fluency In English - Very good level of Turkish is a plus
  • Experience in building proactive pipeline for frequently requested roles
  • Experience leading internal customer relationships in multiple geographic regions for varying job profiles
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships among different teams
  • Good Knowledge of Employer Branding trends
