Job Description
- Lead talent management initiatives including succession planning, career pathing, and leadership development.
- Develop frameworks and programs that align with organizational strategy and future workforce needs.
- Oversee performance management processes and tools to ensure fair and growth-oriented evaluations.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and department heads to identify and close talent gaps.
- Drive initiatives to support high-potential employee development and internal mobility.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in HR or talent development, with 3+ years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep knowledge of talent management strategies, tools, and best practices.
- Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels.
- A strategic mindset with a passion for developing people and organizational capability.
- Experience with performance management procedures
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, ) for managing HR processes and data effectively.
- Skilled in data analysis using Microsoft Excel, process design and documentation with Microsoft Visio, and proficient in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and digital hiring platforms to manage full-cycle recruitment.
- Certified in HR Management through Tomas and DIDi programs, with a strong preference and focus on HRM .
