Job Description

  • Lead talent management initiatives including succession planning, career pathing, and leadership development.
  • Develop frameworks and programs that align with organizational strategy and future workforce needs.
  • Oversee performance management processes and tools to ensure fair and growth-oriented evaluations.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and department heads to identify and close talent gaps.
  • Drive initiatives to support high-potential employee development and internal mobility.
  • Analyze talent data to inform decision-making and program improvements.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning, feedback, and development.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in HR or talent development, with 3+ years in a leadership capacity.
  • Deep knowledge of talent management strategies, tools, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A strategic mindset with a passion for developing people and organizational capability.
  • Experience with performance management procedures
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, ) for managing HR processes and data effectively.
  • Skilled in data analysis using Microsoft Excel, process design and documentation with Microsoft Visio, and proficient in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and digital hiring platforms to manage full-cycle recruitment.
  • Certified in HR Management through Tomas and DIDi programs, with a strong preference and focus on HRM .
