Job Description
- Sales and Customer Interaction:
- Handle inquiries and provide exceptional customer service via email, chat, or phone.
- Assist customers in navigating the e-commerce platform and resolving any issues related to orders, payments, or delivery.
- Actively upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
- Product Management:
- Create and optimize product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure stock availability.
- Order Management:
- Process and manage online orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment.
- Address issues such as order cancellations, returns, and refunds.
- Sales Strategy and Analytics:
- Track and analyze sales performance, including conversion rates, traffic, and revenue trends.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales and recommend data-driven strategies.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotions, campaigns, and seasonal sales.
- Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams to ensure efficient operations.
- Platform Management:
- Manage and update the e-commerce platform to reflect current offerings and promotions.
