Job Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide detailed information about our services, project status updates, and address any client concerns.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating communication between clients and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with our services and address any ongoing issues.
- Support the customer service team in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive team environment.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Dubai; CHC will handle all work permit and legal obligations.
