Job Description
- Review and draft contracts with customers, suppliers, and service providers to protect company interests.
- Follow up on legal cases and coordinate with internal teams and external lawyers as needed.
- Provide legal advice to different departments on business activities, projects, and operations.
- Ensure the company complies with labor laws, commercial laws, corporate laws, and other related legal requirements.
- Monitor legal risks and help prevent issues by offering practical legal solutions.
- Support in handling investigations, claims, and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in updating related legal policies and procedures, and legal documents.
- Keep accurate records of contracts, case files, and other legal documents.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in law preferred English section.
- Minimum 5 years of legal experience in companies (corporate environment).
- Strong background in contracts and legal cases.
- Very good command of English (spoken and written).
- Solid communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
