THE MED IS EXPANDING!
We are looking for a highly motivated Team Leader to oversee daily operations, drive team performance, and maintain high productivity standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership role in the real estate field is #must
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Very good command of written and spoken English language
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Owning a car is a plus
