Job Description
- Supervises the admin team (Office Boys/Girls, Receptionists and Drivers) in order to keep the facility at its best shape.
- Maintain records, including inventory, personnel, orders, supplies, and maintenance documentation.
- Monitors the stock from the needed cleaning requirements and purchases in order to maintain cleaning standards.
- Monitor monthly expenditures for general services to ensure compliance with the company budget.
- Manage the company supplies and services, as well as maintenance activities for Company facilities.
- Follow up and coordinate the company’s regular maintenance, to ensure the efficiency and documentation of its functions.
- Manage security team to ensure people & company facility protection.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in budget management and financial analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and teams.
