Overview:
The Finance Manager at Shiny White Dental Centers is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, including budgeting and pricing, accounting, stock control, warehouse management.
The Finance Manager reports directly to the CEO and plays a crucial role in ensuring financial stability and success.
Job Description:
- Supervise and allocate the work of the accounting Section to ensure that all tasks are completed within prescribed timescales.
- Responsible for day-to-day accounting operations and accounting reports and present their results.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting regulations and standards.
- Monitor cash flows, financial statements, financial reporting and reporting on any errors in accounting methodology.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to optimize financial performance.
- Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to Top Management while recommending further courses of action.
- Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
- Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
- Ensuring that company cost allocations are in line with the budget plan and Compare actuals with a budget and determine the reason for the variances monthly.
- Responsible for financial planning and provides analysis in decision-making for all business forecasts.
- Carry out any other duties that are within the scope and grading of the post, which could also be requested.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.
- Proven work experience as a Admin and Finance Manager or similar role, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in financial management software and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- +10 Years Experience as Finance Manager.
- Medical Background is Preferable
- Excellent Leadership Skills.
- Strong financial system knowledge.
- Familiar with ERP Systems and Excel
