Job Description
Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in alignment with company objectives.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying variances and improvement opportunities.
Ensure compliance with Egyptian accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
Oversee accounts payable, receivable, treasury, and payroll functions.
Manage cash flow and liquidity to support operational needs.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
Supervise, coach, and develop the finance team.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.
Support tender pricing and cost estimation processes in coordination with the operations team.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Finance(CPA / CMA / ACCA is a plus).
10–15 years of progressive finance experience, at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and Egyptian regulations.
Previous experience in Facility Management, Construction, or Services sectors is highly preferred.
Solid understanding of cost control and project finance.
Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP or similar financial systems.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling.
