Job Description
- Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
- Lead the costing process and ensure accurate product cost calculations across the manufacturing cycle.
- Develop and monitor KPIs to control operational expenses and improve profitability.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and present financial insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws, financial regulations, and audit requirements.
- Supervise and develop the finance team to maintain strong internal controls and efficient financial systems.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and inventory teams to maintain accurate cost structures and pricing strategies.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or MBA is a plus).
- Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in finance, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong experience in cost accounting and costing systems is a must.
- Proficient in financial software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver accurate results on tight deadlines.
