Job Description
- Oversee all financial aspects of the company, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Manage daily financial operations: invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and deliver accurate financial reporting.
- Play a key role in strategic planning and contribute to organizational decision-making.
- Lead and develop the finance team to align with business goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with banks, external partners, and key stakeholders.
- Assess financial risks and implement effective risk management strategies.
- Review and improve financial processes and systems.
- Finalize and manage the implementation of the ERP system.
Job Requirements
- 10–15 years of progressive finance experience.
- Prior experience in the FMCG sector is mandatory.
- Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics
- Proven success in ERP system implementation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English with a presentable.
