Job Description

  • Training, motivating, coaching, and correcting guide all department employees to ensure that standards are met and Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
  • Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees.
  • Complete financial reports, lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecast.
  • Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Achieve a proper mix of equity and debt to minimize cost and maximize operational profit.
  • Strategize on fund procurement through banks and other financial institutions.
  • Prudently make investments on assets that maximize returns.
  • Provide financial insight and analysis to drive the business performance of the organization.
  • Manage and monitor metrics, KPI tracking, and reports.
  • Preparing a weekly/monthly report for the actual costs of the different departments
  • Provide the required financial allocations for the factory
  • Complete analysis of cost centers and their comparison with previous months and years
  • Reviewing contracts with external companies, including maintenance, repair and transportation contracts for employees
  • Ensure that the organization’s financial records and recordkeeping methods are in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
  • Lead the budgeting cycle of all Marbella cost centers and provide support to the different functions when needed. Lead Market Business Strategy process, Internal Control Self-assessment process, Marbella Quality Management System.
  • Give final approval to expenditures.
  • Ensuring the company's right through concluded contracts (obligations - breaches of exchange clauses)..
  • Evaluate the financial performance of the organization and measure returns on investments.
  • Understand and calculate the risks involved in the financial activities of the organization.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience within 10 years in the same Role 
  • FMCG Background is a preferable.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting. 
  • CPA a plus
  • Advanced Understanding of IFRS
