Job Description
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support ECC Group’s growth.
- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Oversee accounting, payroll, treasury, and day-to-day financial operations.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial statements and compliance reports.
- Track and analyze financial performance, highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
- Implement policies, procedures, and systems to improve financial efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CPA or CMA is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in financial management, with proven leadership experience (preferably in the education or services industry).
- Skills:
- Strong financial planning, reporting, and compliance expertise.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), Advanced Excel, and financial modeling tools.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
