Job Description
- Oversee and manage the full spectrum of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational objectives and drive sustainable growth.
- Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial statements.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to optimize financial performance.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits, addressing any findings or recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business planning and strategic initiatives.
- Monitor and control expenditures to ensure adherence to approved budgets.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
- Experience working in an office-based environment.
