Job Description
We're seeking a Financial Reporting & Consolidation Manager to join our Finance team. This role is perfect for someone with strong IFRS knowledge and experience handling multi-entity reporting and consolidations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly and annual closing processes across all entities.
- Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements in line with IFRS and local regulations.
- Ensure timely submission of management accounts and statutory reports.
- Maintain the integrity of the Chart of Accounts.
- Drive automation and process improvements in GL and reporting.
- Manage intercompany transactions, eliminations, and reconciliations.
- Ensure accuracy of consolidation adjustments across multiple entities.
- Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and reviews.
- Lead the annual audit process and act as the main liaison with auditors.
- Collaborate with FP&A to align management and financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain policies, processes, and internal controls.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 6+ years of progressive experience in accounting and financial reporting, with strong consolidation exposure.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Prior experience in audit firms or multi-entity environments preferred.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and consolidation reporting.
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, IFRS Diploma) preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
