Job Description
- Oversee and manage the company’s day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives and sustainable growth.
- Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports, and analysis for senior leadership.
- Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions to ensure financial stability and compliance.
- Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international financial regulations and standards.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Supervise and mentor junior finance staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project financing and investment decisions.
- Advise management on financial planning, risk management, and investment strategies.
Job Requirements
- Up to 20 years of proven experience in a financial management or related finance role.
- Real Estate background is a must.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting standards.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with experience supervising staff.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
