Job Description
- Oversee and manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company objectives.
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes in alignment with organizational goals.
- Analyze financial data and performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to statutory requirements and best practices.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives, cost optimization, and capital investment projects.
- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital requirements to ensure financial stability and operational efficiency.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of financial operations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proven track record in financial management, budgeting, and reporting within a complex organizational environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing finance teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, Odoo, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
- Experience in the environmental services, waste management, or industrial sectors is a plus.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
