Job Description
- Monitor raw materials and finished goods levels to support production.
- Maintain minimum stock levels and ensure accurate ERP postings.
- Manage and train stock controllers and storekeepers.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, procurement, and finance teams.
- Oversee stock movements, including receipts, issues, and transfers.
- Conduct spot checks, cycle counts, and support stock audits.
- Prepare and present stock reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with safety, audit, and internal control standards.
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements to reduce stock losses.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in inventory, warehouse, or supply chain management, including at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Professional certification in Supply Chain Management or Inventory Control
- Strong expertise in ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, or Oracle.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for reporting and data analysis.
- English: Fluent (spoken and written).
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting abilities.
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
