Job Description
Monitor and maintain stock levels of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products.
Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and reconciliations against system records.
Ensure accuracy of stock records in ERP/MRP systems.
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Coordinate with purchasing and production teams to forecast demand and ensure timely replenishment.
Track stock movements and investigate discrepancies or variances.
Implement and enforce stock control procedures to reduce shrinkage, waste, and obsolescence.
Support production planning by ensuring material availability and issuing stock as required.
Generate regular inventory reports (stock status, usage, slow-moving/obsolete items).
Job Requirements
Strong knowledge of stock control and inventory management systems (ERP/MRP).
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Analytical skills to forecast demand and identify trends.
Problem-solving ability to resolve stock discrepancies.
Good communication and coordination skills across departments.
