Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all accounting and financial reporting activities for construction projects, power systems, and smart solutions operations.
- Develop, monitor, and control project-based budgets, cost tracking, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian Tax regulations, IFRS, and company policies.
- Manage cash flow, project financing, and bank facilities to ensure liquidity for ongoing projects.
- Review and approve contracts, payment terms, and financial clauses with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
- Supervise internal controls, audits, and risk management procedures.
- Provide management with financial forecasts and investment analysis to support business growth.
- Lead, coach, and develop the finance team to achieve departmental KPIs.
Job Requirements
: Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s / MBA preferred).
Professional certifications (CMA, CPA, ACCA) are highly desirable.
- 10–15 years’ experience
- Strong knowledge of project accounting, cost control, taxation, and banking facilities in Egypt.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle / SAP / Odoo) and advanced MS Excel.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
