Job Description

  • Managing the Personnel team to ensure the full respect of procedures.
  • Manage the legislative processes with the legal entities (Labor office, social insurance,…)
  • Responsible for maintaining the implementation of laws and regulations dealing with government agencies.
  • Responsible for all the personnel issues.
  • Responsible for Organize, secure and maintain all files, records in accordance with policies and procedures archive and retains employee files as required by law.
  • Review the Employee social insurance regarding forms 1, 2 and 6.
  • Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
  • Adjust requested disciplinary actions comply with Egyptian Labor Law under HR Manager Supervision.
  • Maintain regular correspondences with workforce offices to provide them with required documents and information.
  • Maintain Time (Time & Attendance System) including set up of all users, updating schedules, reviewing and monitoring accruals.
  • Responsible for all reporting and reliability of the data, update all data base.
  • Scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing HR annual budgets.
  • Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
  • Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.
  • Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
  • Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Implement HR processes, tools,, and solutions in the most efficient & effective manner.
  • Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs
  • Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.
  • Analyze training needs to design employee development, language training and health and safety programs.
  • Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, absenteeism rates, overtime rates.
  • Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of the organization's personnel policies and practices.
  • Advise managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity, and recommend needed changes.
  • Designs succession plans for key talents and key job positions.
  • Challenges the organizational structure of the internal client and proposes changes.
  • Responsible to diagnose, identify the scope of change and identify interventions needed to improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Handles all the accommodation services for the foreign employees (Renting apartments, transportation and any other needed facility).
  • Responsible for communicating with Orange regarding providing new mobile lines for the employees or respond to any query that the employees need to add in their current lines.
  • Handles Administration department payment requests and follow up with the finance department until receiving the requested amounts.
  • Supervising drivers team performance and monitor their daily/weekly operation to ensure their punctuality.
  • Monitors regular preventive maintenance for all vehicles and buses with supervision of Administration Manager.
  • Monitoring factory hygiene regularly.
  • Performs performance report for all cleaning and drivers team.
  • Monitor Catering company performance in a regular basis and ensure the quality of service.
  • Monitor Security team performance and ensure application of punctual system among all gates.
  • Monthly reports (vehicles maintenance – mobile lines usage vs. Payments – factory hygiene – monitor admin team performance).
  • Managing All the activities of catering, Transportation, accommodation and cleaning.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is required from a reputable university
  • Proven working experience in the field of HR/ Admin section head 5 years, with proven experience
  • HR diploma Holder
  • Residence near 10th of ramadan city
  • good command of the English language (Written & Spoken)
  • Advanced level in computer skills especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Good communications skills
  • Effective cooperation with all levels of employees and superiors
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
