Job Description
- Develop and execute risk-based audit plans for all departments
- Lead financial, operational, and compliance audits
- Monitor adherence to internal policies, procedures, and food safety regulations
- Evaluate internal controls and recommend improvements
- Report audit findings and follow up on corrective actions
- Conduct special audits and investigations as requested
- Provide advisory support to departments on control and compliance matters
Job Requirements
- 5–7 years of internal audit experience in food manufacturing or FMCG
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance
- Familiar with quality and food safety systems (ISO 22000, BRC, etc.)
- Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills
- Solid experience using audit tools and ERP systems
- High integrity and strong business ethics
