Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant to the CEO. You will play a vital role in supporting the CEO's busy schedule, ensuring their day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

  • Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively manage their workload.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and briefing materials.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on the CEO's behalf.
  • Manage travel logistics, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
  • Oversee expense reports and ensure timely filing.
  • Draft correspondence, emails, and reports as needed.
  • Research and compile industry trends and competitor information relevant to the CEO's needs.
  • Maintain a confidential and professional work environment.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with project management tools a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
  • A keen understanding of the food export industry is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (and additional languages a plus).
