Job Description
- Pricing:
Studying the tendering documents like Bill of Quantities and design drawings of Wooden works to prepare the bill of materials required for pricing of Tenders· - Shop Drawings:
Preparing workshop drawings of Wooden works for ongoing / in hand projects via AutoCAD. - Work Orders:
Preparing work orders for production based on specs requested by each project. - Quantity Surveying:
Preparing the required QS needed for ongoing projects via MS Excel and AutoCAD - Prepare the Cutting lists for manufacturing and bill of materials.
- Study the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ etc...).
Job Requirements
- Education background: Bachelor's degree in architecture or interior design.
- Skilled in using AutoCAD program.
- Excellent problem-solving.
- Ability to read engineering and technical drawings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and technical standards for wooden products.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
