Job Description
- Creating cutting-edge 3D interior and exterior designs for marketing and promotional .
- purposes using top-tier software like 3D Max and .
- Reviewing and refining architectural and electromechanical designs, ensuring they’re accurate and up to project standards.
- Collaborating closely with clients to understand their vision and deliver tailored design solutions that exceed expectations.
- Providing hands-on technical support on-site through every project phase.
- Conducting precise field measurements and quantity surveying for architectural elements, supporting procurement processes, and preparing progress claims.
- Working with the marketing team to create visually compelling materials that showcase our projects.
- Drafting and presenting detailed technical reports, specifications, and bills of quantities.
- Designing and analyzing conceptual models, coordinating with structural and electromechanical teams to resolve conflicts and implement the best solutions.
